I need help... as you can tell by the title and the lovely red button above.. lol. I need a support sysytem. I need motivation to exercise and being healthy in general (physically, spiritually, and mentally). I know someone is out there that is going through the same thing. We can be each others support system.....
help....?

Stay strong my sister. We all have struggles. Take them one day at a time. Never forget to love yourself where you are, just the way you are.
The best advice I can give you is, keep a food and exercise journal. That way you can keep track of what you are eating and how often you are working out. Another great tip is drink plenty of water.
