I'm serious about this.

I an trying to lose 125 pounds so I will be able to enter the air force. I am definitely the most committed I have been in my life.  for dinner tonight, I had some chicken with string beans and carrots.
yesterday for dinner I had a salad that consists of mixed greens (red and green swiss chard, spinach, arugula and tat soi) with feta cheese and edamame with balsamic vingarette.

Im excited.
