RETURNS OF PURCHASES MADE AT YOUR LOCAL STORE
With an original receipt, and within 60 days of the original date of purchase, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or full refund in the original form of payment.
With an original receipt, and after 60 days of the original date of purchase, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.
Without an original receipt, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.
A valid driver's license, military ID or permanent state-issued ID is required for all returns, cash refunds and forms of payment.
Lane Bryant reserves the right to refuse returns of items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition, are without tags or are no longer carried in stock. Lane Bryant may limit returns if we believe a Customer is abusing our generous return policy

I HAPPEN TO BUY MY DAUGHTER A PAIR OF JEANS AT LANE BRYANT AND SHE SAID SINCE THEY WERE CLOSING I COULD NOT EXCHANGE THEM OR GET A REFUND.. THATS CRAZY MY KID NEEDS SOME JNEW JEANS OR AT LEAST A CHANCE TO GET MY MONEY BACK SO I CAQN BUY HER SOME, NOT MY FAULT THEY WAS LEAVING. IM STUFF WITH A PAIR OF 42.00 JEANS AND NOBODY CAQN WEAR THEM
