A NEW RETURN POLICY AT LANE BRYANT

starting on my birthday, July 12, a new return policy will implemented. basically stating you have 60 days to return any merchandise. If we believe that what you are returning has been worn or worn and washed, you will not be able to return it. i will explain it a little more at a later date.

RETURNS OF PURCHASES MADE AT YOUR LOCAL STORE

With an original receipt, and within 60 days of the original date of purchase, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or full refund in the original form of payment.

With an original receipt, and after 60 days of the original date of purchase, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

Without an original receipt, Lane Bryant will provide an exchange or merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

A valid driver's license, military ID or permanent state-issued ID is required for all returns, cash refunds and forms of payment.

Lane Bryant reserves the right to refuse returns of items that appear to have been worn, are not in good condition, are without tags or are no longer carried in stock. Lane Bryant may limit returns if we believe a Customer is abusing our generous return policy
